Regional Awards

We've sliced the UK into twelve regions, and we'll be awarding the best takeaway in each region based on public votes, mystery shopping and a submission stating why you should win.
To enter the regional awards, your customers simply need to vote for you.

Brian Loughans

Like a good wine, Brian has only gotten better with age. He hasn’t missed a single shift since he started working as a delivery driver three years ago and at 82 years old he might just be the oldest delivery driver in the UK.

Despite his age, Brian was on shift during a heavy snowfall one night when he spotted a lady stranded with her young daughter at the side of the road. Although he was on a busy schedule, Brian stopped and helped by offering them a lift home – but he had one more delivery to make first.

Turns out that the lady’s husband had ordered a takeaway due to his wife being late home, Brian ended up delivering both the takeaway and the customer’s wife!
